Shipping policy

Collexcion carefully packs and ships antiques, collectibles, historical documents, artwork, memorabilia, ephemera, and other unique items to help ensure their safe arrival.

Processing Time

Orders are generally prepared for shipment within 1–3 business days after payment has been confirmed. Certain fragile, oversized, or unusually valuable items may require additional preparation time for secure packaging.

Shipping Rates and Delivery

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the destination, package weight, dimensions, and available shipping service. The applicable shipping cost is displayed to the customer before payment is completed.

Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout when available. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, carrier, weather conditions, holidays, customs processing, or other circumstances outside our control.

Tracking

Tracking information will be provided when available for the shipping service selected.

Packaging

Because many of our items are antique, vintage, fragile, or one-of-a-kind, appropriate protective packaging is used according to the nature of the item.

Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Please contact us as soon as possible if an address correction is required. Once an order has been shipped, we may not be able to change its destination.

Damaged Shipments

If an order arrives damaged, please retain the item and all original packaging and contact us within 3 calendar days of delivery. Please provide photographs of the item, shipping container, packing materials, and visible damage so that we can evaluate the situation and, when applicable, assist with a carrier claim.

International Orders

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, brokerage charges, or other fees imposed by the destination country. Unless otherwise stated at checkout, these charges are the responsibility of the buyer.

Buyers are responsible for determining whether an item may legally be imported into their country. Certain antiques, historical materials, cultural objects, or other collectibles may be subject to import or export restrictions.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If tracking indicates an unusual delay or possible loss, please contact us so that we can assist in investigating the shipment with the carrier.
