1865 Spanish Colonial Cuba Judicial Document – 6 Reales Sello Judicial – Isabel II Era

Original Spanish Colonial Cuban judicial manuscript dated to the 1865 fiscal period, bearing a striking green 6 Reales “Sello Judicial” revenue imprint.

This 19th-century legal document relates to proceedings concerning the payment and recovery of a debt and contains extensive handwritten Spanish legal text, names of the parties involved, and references to earlier judicial proceedings.

At the top is a clearly preserved green fiscal imprint reading “SELLO JUDICIAL – AÑO 1865 – 6 Rs.”, illustrated with an allegorical figure of Justice holding scales and a sword.

An additional embossed official seal is visible near the upper left portion of the document.
