The colorized view shows the impressive entrance avenue, landscaped grounds, and main clinic building. The reverse is printed with the institution's full identification:

Built in the 1920s as a private surgical and obstetrical clinic, Clínica Los Ángeles became one of Santiago de Cuba's notable medical institutions. The historic building survives today as the Hospital Materno Sur Mariana Grajales.

An especially appealing piece of Cuban medical, architectural, and Santiago de Cuba history.

Condition: Vintage condition with overall age toning, spotting, surface wear, edge and corner wear, and handwritten notation on the reverse reading approximately “La Clínica donde trabajo.” Unmailed, with no postage stamp or postal cancellation. Please examine photographs carefully for condition.
