Original vintage real photo postcard (RPPC) depicting the Santuario de Nuestra Señora de la Caridad del Cobre, near Santiago de Cuba, one of Cuba’s most important religious and pilgrimage sites.

A striking close photographic view presents the sanctuary against a dramatic cloud-filled sky, with the monumental façade and central tower dominating the composition.

The unused reverse is printed “POST CARD / CORRESPONDENCE / ADDRESS” and bears the EKC (Eastman Kodak Company) “Place Stamp Here” photographic-paper marking. EKC postcard stock of this type is associated with the 1939–1950 period, providing a useful basis for dating this example.
