1964 Cuba Christmas Marine Life – Set of 3 First Day Covers – Complete Issue

Original set of three Cuban First Day Covers commemorating the 1964–1965 Christmas issue, an attractive series devoted to the marine life of Cuba.

Issued on December 18, 1964, the Christmas series featured colorful depictions of marine species including jellyfish, corals, sea urchins, starfish and other sea life.

This group includes three different illustrated “Primer Día” covers, each bearing a different portion of the Christmas marine-life issue and cancelled in Cuba on the official December 18, 1964 issue date.

Together, the three covers represent the different groups of stamps from this distinctive Cuban Christmas issue. Each envelope features complementary marine-life artwork on the left side, making the three covers especially attractive when displayed together.

Condition:
Vintage condition with visible age-related toning, foxing and spotting. The reverse sides show noticeable staining from the original envelope adhesive/gum. Stamps, illustrations and First Day cancellations remain clearly visible. The envelopes are unaddressed.
