Authentic-style late Roman bronze AE3 of Emperor Valens, ruler of the Eastern Roman Empire from AD 364–378. Obverse features a pearl-diademed bust of Valens facing right. Reverse depicts the emperor advancing right, dragging a captive while carrying a labarum bearing the Christian Chi-Rho symbol, with the legend GLORIA ROMANORVM (“Glory of the Romans”). Attractive ancient patina with age-related wear and surface deposits. Approximately 1,650 years old.
