An attractive three-banknote collection featuring Ernesto “Che” Guevara on three different Cuban 3 Pesos issues spanning more than fifteen years.

The set includes:

1988 – 3 Pesos
Early Banco Nacional de Cuba Che Guevara design, featuring his portrait at right. This example has strong color and no folds, making it particularly attractive within the group.

1995 – 3 Pesos
Redesigned Banco Nacional de Cuba issue with Che's portrait positioned at left and a distinctive green and red color scheme.

2004 – 3 Pesos
Later Banco Central de Cuba issue, returning Che's portrait to the right in a substantially redesigned modern format.

The reverse of each banknote depicts Che Guevara cutting sugar cane, an image connected with the revolutionary government's emphasis on agricultural labor and Cuba's sugar industry.

Together, the three notes provide an interesting visual overview of the evolution of one of Cuba's most recognizable banknote designs from the late 1980s through the early 21st century.

Original ungraded Cuban banknotes. The 1988 example is particularly well preserved and has no folds. The notes display strong color and attractive overall presentation. Minor storage or handling characteristics may be present. No numerical grade is implied.
